Following the 2 Days of Gas and Distraction Device training, one of the WSTOA instructors, Sgt. Wayne DuBoise, will transition to this group and teach a Breaching Instructor Course. 

Instructor Bio:  Simon Dixon

Simon Dixon is a law enforcement trainer with over 20 years of military and law enforcement experience and a former Noncommissioned Officer from the United State Marine Corps. He has been a full time instructor since 1991 in the state of Florida; training thousands of police officers from over thirty states and other countries abroad. He has coordinated, and developed specialized operations involving other Local, State and Federal agencies and is a recognized expert in the field of waterborne security.

 

He is now retired and is the Lead Technical Specialist for Safariland, Inc., a worldwide organization Law Enforcement products and Training Company. He continues to teach for numerous Agencies both domestic and abroad and is an adjunct instructor for Tactical Advantage Consultants as a Tactical Firearm, High Risk boarding and Apprehension trainer.
