Membership shall be available to all members of local, state or federal law enforcement agencies who are certified as law enforcement officers, or as approved by the Board of Trustees.  Members must have also completed a basic training session in their respective discipline (i.e. Special Weapons and Tactics, Hostage Negotiations, Explosive Ordnance Disposal), or be a bona-fide member of a law enforcement tactical operations unit.
