About us:

The Mountain States Tactical Officers Association (MSTOA) is a non-profit organization that strives to provide good quality, current and up-to-date tactical instruction, which is affordable to its members. The membership consists of sworn police/tactical officers from numerous agencies across the mountain states region. Each year, an executive board is chosen by the membership and those board members are responsible for the day to day operations, as well as planning the annual conferences. Our organization has become stronger with each passing year. There is basically one reason….MSTOA is dedicated to providing the best possible courses and instructors to our members, for a price that is affordable to individual members and all departments.

The annual training conference provides not only exceptional courses and instructors, but also an opportunity to meet with other tactical operators and teams for exchange of information and ideas. There is also a night dedicated for a vendor show where the most recent tactical gear and accessories can be viewed, purchased and/or demonstrated. We even mix some social events into the conference to make it a good time as well.
